A Clean Expression Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning and related services across the Phoenix valley, Arizona. Estimates are provided free of charge. Some properties — including those with heavy build-up, hard water staining, or windows not cleaned in over a year — may require an on-site walkthrough before a final price is given.

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from A Clean Expression Window Cleaning. Depending on the consent you provide, these may include:

Appointments typically take 2–4 hours depending on home size, sunscreens, inside/outside scope, and time since the last cleaning. We ask that we have reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. Rescheduling is always free — just let us know.

Every window cleaning includes our streak-free guarantee and a free 5-day rain touch-up: if it rains within 5 days of your service, we will touch up the affected glass at no charge. If something isn't right, tell us and we will make it right.

New residential customers save $50 on their first qualifying residential window cleaning of $250 or more before discount. Offers cannot be combined unless stated and may change at any time.
